Our Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy

At Whole Verse, your satisfaction is our top priority! We take great care in curating our collections and want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and stress-free return process.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return meets these criteria, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions on sending your item back. To ensure a smooth process, kindly reach out to us before shipping your return—unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back without prior approval.

Damages & Issues
We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order; we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction means everything to us!

Non-Returnable Items We want you to love your purchase, so we encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions before placing your order. As a curated centrepiece brand, each theme is thoughtfully detailed to help you make an informed decision.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or had their seals broken. Additionally, as custom orders are uniquely tailored and made-to-order for your specific celebration, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. Final sale items are also not eligible for returns. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re happy to assist!

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order for your preferred item. Let us know how we can assist!

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
